The group, Life After Stroke and Heart Care, is designed to provide support, resources, and shared experiences for anyone affected by heart disease or stroke, including survivors, families, and caregivers. Our meeting’s take place the first Thursday of each month at 12:00 p.m., at Lakewood Ranch Medical center. Meetings will be open to anyone who could benefit from the support, education, and resources we offer.
